Hello!

My name is Kelly, and I am the owner and operator of Sweetbay Bloom Bar. The name was inspired by the Sweetbay Magnolia, the state flower of Georgia, and beautifully represents what my business is all about—flowers, beauty, and a little Southern charm.

I am a Belgian native, a mother of two, and a wife since 1998. In 2012, my family and I relocated to the United States. After spending 15 years working in Finance, I decided in 2025 that it was time to pursue something that was truly my own.

I have always loved being around people and expressing my creativity, and flowers have always brought me so much joy. I wanted to find a way to bring those passions together, and that is when the idea for Sweetbay Bloom Bar began to take shape.

Creating and setting up the Bloom Bar has been incredibly fulfilling. I love meeting people, helping them create something beautiful, and most of all, seeing the smiles it brings. Those moments are what inspire me and continue to drive my passion for Sweetbay Bloom Bar.

What started as an idea has grown into something I truly love, and I feel so fortunate to be able to share that joy with others—one bloom at a time.
